Objective:
The Landmark Group is one of the largest and most successful retail organizations in the Middle East, Africa and India . An international, diversified retail and hospitality conglomerate that encourages entrepreneurship to consistently deliver exceptional value, the Group operates over 2200 outlets encompassing over 30 million square feet across the Middle East, Africa and the India. Landmark Retail was opening their Centrepoint outlet, also known as the Store of the Future, at Doha Festival City which required innovative means of engaging their customers. IXFOCUS was able to understand the requirement and proposed the digital directory that consists of in-store Wayfinding and offers/ promotions within the store. The customer feedback survey installed on iPads was another way to gather feedback from its customers.

Solution:
Installed on a mini PC connected to a 32” touch screen that comes with a customized branded kiosk, the digital directory runs the screensaver with the Centrepoint marketing collaterals. When a user interacts with the kiosk, they are given options of in-store navigation and also get to know the offers and promotions. Mall manager details are also provided, who is readily available to support the customers. Through a custom CMS, the administrator can change the offers and promotions relevant to the current season.

The customer feedback application on the iPad gathers feedback from customers and uses the data to better the customer satisfaction response. Customers are also able to find the points available on their Shukran cards which they can redeem at the time of purchase.
